All this, and much more, is what you will learn in our Wedding Planning & Design course which takes place in Turin.
In our vision, a Wedding Planning course must be comprehensive and engaging. It's not just theoretical study, but a real practical journey into the world of weddings.
Starting from our forty-year experience, we will accompany you in discovering all the stages of organizing an eventFrom vendor management to budget creation, from the event timeline to wedding day coordination, all the way to client relations and attention to detail.
We will also address key aspects such as the contract, the contingency management, the effective communication and the building your own brand In the afternoon, you can add a Start-up & Business Upgrade to discover the first steps in this exciting world.
During the course, in our studio in the heart of Turin, you will learn to create a professional moodboard to present to your clients and to structure each phase of the work. Finally, together we will create a Styled Shoot: an inspirational setup that will allow you to see an event in action firsthand and will conclude the course with a concrete, creative, and memorable experience.
In each of our editions, we strive to offer an experience that goes beyond the ordinary, that enriches the mind, warms the heart, and leaves its mark. Through the theoretical lessons We provide the essential skills and tools to build a independent path in the world of event planning, a constantly evolving sector. At the same time, thanks to practical exercises, simulations, and teamwork, participants develop their organizational and interpersonal skills, learn to manage unexpected events and time constraints, and strengthen their self-esteem and teamwork skills.

The module provides the operational basis, clarifying skills, times and phases of the organization, with a focus on the first essential steps to correctly set up a wedding project.

Styling, flowers and creative design
The module is dedicated to the creating the wedding's visual identity, from the creative concept to the storytelling of the event.
The study is deepened floral design as a key element of the project, between real seasonality, trends, color combinations and sustainability.
From the choice of flowers to the color palette, up to the creation and presentation of the moodboard, to transform the idea into a coherent and convincing project for the spouses.

Event Logistics
An operational module dedicated to managing the Dream Team, from supplier selection to Wedding Planner leadership.
They face each other budget, costs and timeframes, learning to talk about money clearly and professionally.
From logistics to timeline, up to space design and real problem solving, to manage the event with control, method and promptness even in the face of unforeseen events.

Location, spaces and art of the table
An in-depth look at the location study, the analysis of spaces and the choice of the most suitable arrangements for each wedding style.
From scouting to site inspection, up totable art, you learn to design functional and elegant environments, balancing aesthetics and usability.
A focus on mise en place, table styling and sensorial details to create a harmonious and coherent experience.

Customer, communication and first steps
The focus is on the first contact management with the customer, from asking the right questions to communicating via email, telephone, and WhatsApp.
We work on the balance between professional and emotional sphere and on the first concrete steps to start the business.
The final project accompanies in the creation of a first personal brand identity, with a practical look at the use of AI in wedding planning & design.

Styled Shoot: From Vision to Practice
A concrete experience in which the acquired skills take shape.
From the creation of floral arrangements from the mise en place and the scenography, up to the creation of the final display.
The styled shoot concludes the journey by transforming ideas and projects into images and real experience.
